I work with a limited number of women and founders navigating moments of transition, positioning and growth.

I mentor for two reasons: to give back to the community what I have learnt through experience, and to be, for other women, one of the references I would have liked to have more of myself.

Occasional mentoring for women reconsidering or changing their professional path — drawing directly on my own experience evolving across sectors, countries and roles. The focus: perspective, positioning, professional narrative, decisions, and transferring capabilities between contexts.

Early-Stage Founders

Mentoring grounded in my experience as a founder, operator and investor — for early-stage founders who need perspective on growth, structure, decisions, or the relationship with investors.
