Thriving in uncertainty. Building bridges.
Connector. Operator. Investor.

I have built my career thriving in uncertainty and building bridges.
Trained as a lawyer, I moved into corporate environments across Spain and the United States before stepping into entrepreneurship — co-founding and building a bank in a different jurisdiction. That experience shaped me deeply. Building from scratch, operating in regulated environments and making decisions without a map clarified what responsibility truly means.
I am, at heart, a builder and an operator. I understand institutions not only from advisory or investment roles, but from having built and managed them — across cultures, sectors and stages of maturity.
Today, my work in fintech and venture capital builds on that foundation. Investing allows me to bring an operator’s perspective to founders and companies navigating their own uncertainty and growth.
Across roles and geographies, what has remained constant is the willingness to evolve intentionally. Each stage has required choices — about ambition, responsibility, values and the kind of influence I want to exercise.
I believe leadership is not defined by title, but by influence: the ability to connect perspectives, shape direction, create trust and assume responsibility, regardless of formal position.
Alongside my professional practice, I mentor, contribute editorially and share what I have learned through conversations, teaching and speaking. I am particularly committed to helping women gain greater presence in investment, leadership and decision-making.
Beyond the professional path, I am, above all, a person. I read, I cook, I take photographs, and I make time for what matters most — my family and my friends. I try to keep evolving in that part of my life too, not only in my career.
Evolution, for me, is not accidental — it is chosen, lived and refined over time.
